Musician Ronnie Radke has sought a restraining order against Brittany Furlan, the wife of Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee, alleging that she has harassed him through various social media platforms. In court documents filed on January 6, 2026, Radke claimed that Furlan has made repeated unwanted contacts both online and in person.

According to Radke, the lead singer of the band Falling in Reverse, Furlan has falsely suggested that there were romantic connections between them. He stated that she has manipulated others into making false statements about him. In his legal filing, he recounted an incident from May 2025 where Furlan allegedly showed up at his residence and continued to send him unsolicited messages. Radke’s girlfriend, Dana Wright, is said to have witnessed these occurrences.

Claims of Stalking and Unwanted Attention

Radke described a troubling episode where Furlan reportedly waited outside a medical facility, staring at him, which prompted him to pursue legal action. He expressed concerns that Furlan has been contacting underage fans to coerce them into making false claims about him. As a result, he is requesting that the court prohibit her from coming within 100 yards of him.

In response, Furlan’s attorney, Lou Shapiro, asserted that Furlan feels victimized by Radke’s claims. He stated, “Ms. Furlan is offended to find out this petition was filed because the only victim of harassment is her. We will take all legal measures to defend against this frivolous lawsuit and request that Ms. Furlan be protected from further harassment and threats by the petitioner.”

Public Fallout and Social Media Drama

Radke criticized Furlan in an Instagram video, alleging that she participated in a group chat with his fans, spreading misinformation about him. He warned that the content of her messages could lead to serious legal consequences. “This will be the last time I talk about this, because at this point, this is all legal and probably some sort of stalking or harassment,” he stated.

This incident comes on the heels of a previous controversy where Furlan alleged that someone impersonating Radke had engaged in a catfishing scam against her. Radke responded to these claims at the time, indicating he had not interacted with her and had reached out to the FBI due to the seriousness of the situation.

Radke recounted that a “very upset” Tommy Lee contacted him directly, expressing concern over the allegations. Lee has publicly stated that he has never been romantically involved with Furlan and has remained a fan of Radke’s work.

Both Radke and Furlan’s legal situations are unfolding in a highly public manner, raising questions about the dynamics within the entertainment industry and the impact of social media on personal relationships. As the case develops, both parties are preparing to take further legal action as necessary.
