December in Lagos transforms into a vibrant celebration of music and nightlife as the city gears up for the annual Detty December festivities. This year, a diverse lineup of concerts promises to engage audiences with a mix of local talent and international stars. The events are set to take place across multiple venues, ensuring that the city resonates with music lovers throughout the month.
Concert Highlights and Lineup
Kicking off the festivities is the Iconiq Fest 2025, a three-night celebration of African music from December 18 to 20 at the Landmark Event Centre on Victoria Island. The festival opens on December 18 with Chike Live, who is expected to deliver an evening filled with soulful melodies. The following night, BNXN will take the stage for the Captain Experience, offering a high-energy performance aimed at engaging the crowd. The festival concludes on December 20 with Plutomanian Fest, featuring performances from Shallipopi, Zerry DL, and Famous Pluto, who will showcase intense street sounds. From December 21 to 25, the attention shifts to the Eko Convention Centre for Flytime Fest 2025, which includes the much-anticipated Rhythm Unplugged.
