Welsh Farm Launches Pumpkin Picking Tickets for Halloween Fun

Pumpkin picking tickets are now available for purchase at Forage Farm in Cowbridge, marking the farm’s early preparations for the upcoming Halloween season. The pumpkin picking and Halloween activities will run from October 4 to October 31, offering a range of experiences for visitors of all ages.

During the daytime, tickets are priced at £10 per car. This includes access to a variety of activities such as a maize maze, numerous photo opportunities, tractor trailer rides, and a chance to meet the animals on site. Visitors can also enjoy pumpkin picking, with additional costs for each pumpkin selected.

For those seeking an evening thrill, twilight sessions are available for £7 per person. These after-dark adventures include pumpkin picking, a spooky maze, and hay bale climbing, catering to Halloween enthusiasts looking for a memorable experience. Optional activities such as pumpkin catapulting and marshmallow roasting are also offered at an extra cost.

Additional Seasonal Attractions

In addition to pumpkin picking, Forage Farm is hosting a vibrant Pick-Your-Own (PYO) flower field this summer, showcasing 4,000 dahlias in 75 varieties. The flower field will be open daily from July 28 until the end of August, operating from 10:00 to 17:30 and during long weekends in September.

Meanwhile, the Rhossili Sunflower Farm in Gower is also welcoming visitors to pick their own sunflowers. Open daily from 09:30 until dusk, the farm cultivates nearly 400,000 sunflowers annually, offering a delightful variety of colors and types for flower enthusiasts.
