This initiative follows an agreement between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro and the international company VFS Global. The establishment of this center aims to enhance the accessibility of consular services for Bangladeshi citizens.
Citizens of Bangladesh can now submit their applications for both short-term and long-term visas to Montenegro at the VFS Global Application Center located at Borak Mehnur, VIII floor, 51/B, Kemal Ataturk Avenue, Banani, Dhaka – 1213. The center operates from Sunday to Thursday, between 09:00 and 16:00 hours.
Expansion of Consular Services
The opening of the Dhaka center is part of a broader strategy to expand the network of application centers for Montenegrin visas in various countries. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this effort continues the implementation of the agreement signed with VFS Global, which aims to improve the efficiency of visa procedures and the availability of consular services.
Previously, VFS Global has established application centers in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, and New Delhi, India. The Ministry underscores its commitment to modernizing the visa system and ensuring that foreign nationals have better access to services, all while adhering to high security and professional standards.
