Sweden Urges EU to Ban Support for Russia’s Oil and Gas Fleet

Sweden has called for the European Union to impose a ban on any support from companies to Russia’s oil and gas shipping fleet. This appeal was made on January 12, 2024, by Swedish Foreign Minister Maria Malmer Stenergard during an annual security conference held in the Swedish town of Salen.
