Under the leadership of Dr. Kenan Erović, the hospital has acquired the necessary technical and technological equipment to perform these advanced surgeries. Dr. Mališa Leković, head of surgery, and Dr. Magdalena Leković, head of obstetrics, carried out the initial laparoscopic interventions on gynaecological organs. These included the treatment of ovarian cysts, ectopic pregnancies, benign tumors, pelvic inflammations, abscesses, and sterilizations, showcasing the diverse range of conditions that can now be effectively managed with minimal invasiveness.

The surgical team received anaesthetic support from Dr. Kenan Erović and Dr. Ranko Čaković, with Dr. Milivoje Stijović assisting. Instrumentation was handled by Balša Rakočević, Danijela Gvozdenović, and Maida Čoković, while the anaesthesia was managed by Denisa Hadrović and Ivana Kljajević. Their collaborative efforts ensured the procedures ran smoothly and efficiently.
