“I was inside at home when I heard gunshots and ran out to see what was happening, only to see my sister lying in her car and blood pouring out,” he told Stabroek News.

He elaborated that the family rushed her to Georgetown Public Hospital, where she is currently receiving urgent medical care. “She lost a lot of blood but she is a fighter,” he added, expressing hope for her recovery.
