The proposed treatment system aims to ensure effective waste management, regardless of its location within or outside the city. The issue has been discussed extensively by specialists, including hydrogeology expert D. Mijatovic, who has called for a clear distinction between the wastewater collector and the treatment system.

To establish an effective wastewater treatment system, Mijatovic argues that it must incorporate state-of-the-art technology. He insists that when a perfect treatment system is in place, the concern about its geographical location becomes irrelevant. The focus should be on providing a system that includes hermetically sealed digesters and tanks, safe gas filtration, and the highest quality parameters for treated water.
