The 39-year-old goalkeeper’s transfer follows the departure of Aaron Chapman, who has moved to King’s Lynn this week. Jones brings a wealth of experience, having previously played for clubs such as Exeter City, Peterborough United, Crawley Town, and Portsmouth.

Jones is set to make his debut for Spalding in their upcoming match against Stratford Town on Saturday, September 30, 2023. This match is part of the Southern League Premier Division Central.
