Pensioner Arrested After Mobility Scooter Driver Critically Injured

A man in his 70s has been arrested following a serious incident involving a mobility scooter driver in South Shields. The victim, a man in his 60s, is currently in a critical condition in hospital after being allegedly punched in the head during an altercation.
