Crnogorski Telekom Celebrates 100,000 Users of Magenta Moments Program

Crnogorski Telekom has reached a significant milestone with over 100,000 active users participating in its popular loyalty program, Magenta Moments. This program offers a variety of rewards, including exclusive trips, discounts, and international benefits, making it one of the most appealing customer loyalty initiatives in Montenegro.

Since its launch, Magenta Moments has seen impressive engagement, with users redeeming more than one million coupons. The program has established itself as synonymous with exciting competitions and generous offers. In the past year, it also contributed to a humanitarian initiative called “I ti budi Deda Mraz,” which successfully provided 2,000 holiday packages for children from underprivileged families across Montenegro.

According to Nataša Jauković, project manager for Magenta Moments, “The program has activated over 450,000 coupons this year alone, and since its inception, users have utilized more than one million vouchers for benefits in shopping, entertainment, food and drink, and travel. These figures reflect the enjoyment our users derive from the benefits we provide.”

Innovative Collaborations and Future Plans

Crnogorski Telekom is also enhancing its offerings through a partnership with Perplexity AI, a global leader in artificial intelligence. This collaboration has allowed the company to reward 20,000 users with an annual license for the Perplexity Pro assistant, valued at €233 per user.

“Magenta Moments represents a shift in our relationship with customers – we are moving from traditional loyalty rewards to an interactive program that actively engages them and provides opportunities for fun,”

said Jovana Milović, chief specialist for digital services development at Telekom. She emphasized that users can expect new experiences and enhanced offerings, especially during the upcoming holiday season.

As the year draws to a close, Crnogorski Telekom has announced a range of attractive prizes and activities. A highlight includes a chance for Magenta Moments users to win tickets to a concert by Katy Perry in Lyon as part of her The Lifetimes Tour. Scheduled for November 7, 2025, the prize includes two concert tickets, round-trip flights from the nearest major international airport, airport transfers in Lyon, and accommodation at a four-star hotel with breakfast included. The contest will run from September 29 to October 5.
