A woman from Bournemouth, known as Becki Bradburn, has successfully transformed her life by losing nearly seven stone (approximately 39 kilograms) and reducing her clothing size from 20 to 10 without the aid of weight-loss injections. Her journey began when she discovered her blood sugar levels were borderline diabetic, prompting her to make significant lifestyle changes.
