French Football Federation Demands Action Against Online Abuse

The French Football Federation (FFF) has initiated a call for an investigation into online abuse directed at players of the national women’s football team. This follows the team’s elimination from the Women’s Euro, where they suffered a heartbreaking penalty shootout defeat in the quarterfinals.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, the FFF condemned the “hateful remarks” targeting specific players, emphasizing that no form of hatred can be justified.
