Strata Launches International Expansion with Focus on Middle East
Strata, a brand experience agency under the Strata Group, has initiated its international expansion by targeting the Middle East. This strategic move involves the relocation of Senior Account Manager Gabriella Duranti-Hey to the region. Her assignment aims to explore business development opportunities, engage with current and prospective clients, and assess the feasibility of establishing a long-term presence in the area.
This initial step is part of a phased growth strategy designed to enhance Strata’s footprint in international markets. By placing a dedicated team member in the Middle East, Strata seeks to strengthen its relationships with clients across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, medical aesthetics, luxury goods, automotive, technology, and financial services.
“This is an exciting opportunity to grow our footprint in a region that holds huge potential,” Gabriella Duranti-Hey stated. She emphasized that many existing clients have expressed interest in Strata’s presence in the Middle East. Being on the ground will allow the agency to explore possibilities and identify where it can add value. This marks the beginning of what could evolve into a broader global expansion for the Strata Group.
Strategic Planning and Local Engagement
The initiative follows extensive desk research and a business plan developed in 2024. By embedding talent locally, Strata is adopting a deliberate approach to international growth, relying on successful models from within the sector. Cole Mulkerins, CEO of Strata, described the expansion as a pivotal moment for the agency. He noted, “Expanding into the Middle East is not just about geography; it’s about deepening client relationships, unlocking new markets, and positioning ourselves for long-term, sustainable growth.”
This phase in their growth strategy aims to explore new regions while maintaining the creativity and client service for which Strata is known. By having a trusted team member on-site, the company is poised to gain valuable insights and agility that will enable organic growth aligned with its core values and ambitions.
The Middle East serves as a strategic launchpad for future expansions into Asia Pacific, North America, and Africa, complementing the long-term ambitions of Strata and the wider group. Further updates regarding Strata’s international plans are expected to be shared later this year, indicating a commitment to transparency and communication with stakeholders as the company evolves.
This strategic expansion not only positions Strata for enhanced global influence but also reflects a broader trend of companies seeking opportunities in emerging markets. As the agency embarks on this journey, it is clear that the focus on the Middle East is an important milestone in its quest for international growth.
