Experience Harry Potter Live: Concert at Edinburgh Castle Set for July
The renowned Edinburgh Castle will host a live concert featuring *Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban* on July 19, 2025. This event is part of the Castle Concerts series and will showcase the film on a 40-foot screen while the Royal Scottish National Orchestra performs the score live. The concert will be conducted by Benjamin Pope, offering a unique experience for fans of both the film and its iconic music.
This performance marks the third installment of the Harry Potter series at Edinburgh Castle. Previous events included *Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone* and *Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets*, which were held in 2023 and 2024, respectively. The series has gained significant popularity, bringing the magic of the wizarding world to life in a stunning historical setting.
Justin Freer, president of CineConcerts and producer/conductor of the Harry Potter Film Concert Series, expressed enthusiasm about the upcoming event: “The Harry Potter film series is a once-in-a-lifetime cultural phenomenon that continues to delight millions of fans around the world. Tickets for the concert will be available for purchase starting on December 12, 2024, at 10:00 AM. Interested attendees can secure their tickets through Ticketmaster.
