Rio de Janeiro Police Launch Major Offensive Against Drug Cartels

A significant police operation took place in Rio de Janeiro on October 28, 2025, targeting the notorious drug cartel Comando Vermelho. Doca, who is still at large, has an extensive criminal record with 269 offenses and 26 outstanding arrest warrants.
