In July, astronomers detected an intriguing anomaly in the solar system, designated as 3I/ATLAS. This interstellar object has sparked renewed interest among scientists, reigniting discussions about the possibility of extraterrestrial intelligence. Their report stated, “There is currently no evidence to suggest that [interstellar objects] are anything other than natural astrophysical objects.” However, they emphasize that the limited number of such known objects—only three to date—means that thorough investigations are essential.
