British Man, 26, in Critical Condition After 22ft Fall in Ibiza

A British man is fighting for his life following a serious accident in Ibiza. The incident occurred when he fell approximately 22 feet from a car park located at the Mercadona supermarket on Johann Sebastian Bach Street in Sant Antoni de Portmany. Emergency services responded shortly after the fall, which happened on the evening of March 15, 2024.

Emergency services, including two ambulances, were alerted at 20:16 local time. One of the ambulances was equipped for advanced life support, while the other provided basic life support. Upon arrival, medical personnel found the 26-year-old man in need of urgent care due to multiple severe injuries.

He received immediate medical attention at the scene before being transported in critical condition to the Nuestra Señora del Rosario Polyclinic. The initial reports mistakenly identified his age as 30, but this was later corrected to 26. At this time, it remains unclear whether he was a tourist or a resident of Ibiza.

Additionally, he has sustained abdominal trauma with lacerations to both the liver and spleen.
