Sarah Ferguson’s Six Companies Set for Dissolution Following Epstein Revelations

Six companies associated with Sarah Ferguson, the ex-wife of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, are in the process of being dissolved following the release of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein. According to filings from Companies House, an application to strike off each company was submitted after new details emerged about Ferguson’s past communications with Epstein.

The companies being dissolved include S Phoenix Events, Fergie’s Farm, La Luna Investments, Solamoon Ltd, Philanthrapreneur Ltd, and Planet Partners Productions Ltd. None of these firms have maintained a significant public profile and appear to have been inactive for some time. The process of striking off a company is often used to close businesses that have not traded for at least three months, as outlined on the UK Government website.

Recent disclosures included an email exchange from September 21, 2011, in which Ferguson appears to express her feelings toward Epstein. In one message, she allegedly stated, “I am at your service. Just marry me.” Another email reflects her disappointment regarding Epstein’s lack of communication, saying, “It was soooo crystal clear to me that you were only friends with me to get to Andrew. And that really hurt me deeeply.” These communications occurred after Epstein was convicted in 2008 for soliciting prostitution from a minor.

The timing of these revelations has prompted significant media attention, particularly given Ferguson’s previous status as a member of the British royal family. After losing her courtesy royal divorcee title late last year, she officially changed her business details from Sarah Duchess of York to Sarah Margaret Ferguson for all her companies.

Additionally, shortly after the Epstein documents were released, Sarah’s Trust, a charity founded by Ferguson, announced it would close “for the foreseeable future.” This decision further underscores the impact of the recent disclosures on Ferguson’s professional endeavors.

As developments continue, a representative for the former duchess has been contacted for further comments regarding the situation.
