One of the most impactful lifestyle changes is forming a committed relationship. Studies indicate that married individuals tend to live longer than their single peers, with men experiencing an increase in life expectancy of up to nine years and women about four years. Even those who are divorced or widowed generally have lower mortality rates than those who have never married. The enhanced longevity associated with marriage is often attributed to healthier behaviors and greater social support.

Drinking coffee in moderation may also be a key factor in extending life. Research shows that consuming two to three cups daily could potentially increase lifespan by as much as five years.
